If you need to cancel, change or reschedule your appointment I require a 24 hour notice to do so. If notification is less than the 24 hour period then FULL payment is expected. If I or YOU can find a replacement to take your appointment then no fee will be given. If a replacement is not found then the client is responsible for the charges.
Our system will give you several reminders.
- An email is sent as soon as your appointment is booked.
- 30 hours before your appointment a text message is sent.
- Lastly, 2 hour before the appointment an email is sent.
Please understand that our policy is for our massage therapist who has limited availability as well as other clients who may be experiencing pain trying to get into the clinic. Thank you for understanding.
If you have a gift card from Simply Relax massage yes it is still valid as long as it has not been used on a previous massage service.
As of June 2020, we rebranded our name to Fargo Massage Therapy Clinic. Please bring your gift card to your appointment. Failure to do so will result in you paying for the session. Because we switched software we are not able to look up your gift card .
Simply Relax Massage gift cards can be used with JONELL and KATIE (contact information is listed under the “reference” page).
**Note, Gift cards can only be redeemed with a therapist from the Referrals page and it is only valid with Simply Relax Massage gift card. It is NOT valid with FARGO MASSAGE THERAPY CLINIC gift cards, those are to JONELL exclusively.
