Cancellation / No-show Policy

Fargo Massage Therapy Clinic has a strict 24 Hour Cancellation Policy.

If you need to change or cancel your appointment for any reason, I kindly ask that you notify me (call / text 701-356-8100) least 24 hours in advance to avoid a 100% cancellation fee applied to your credit card on file.

This is out of respect for the therapist, as I have very limited availability in my day as well as other clients who may need to get for a session.

When you book a session, you are reserving the time for the massage therapist. It is similar to buying a concert ticket. If you are not able to attend, you either forfeit the ticket or find a replacement. My policy is to protect the limited time I have in a day to serve those in need.


As a reminder, it is your responsibility to write down your appt time/date. My online scheduler sends out a reminder at least 28 hours before your session via email and a text message 26 hours before your appointment. You also receive an email as soon as you book the appointment.

Refunds

Fargo Massage Therapy Clinic does not allow refunds on services, gift cards , or packages that may have been purchased.

24 Hour Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel, change or reschedule your appointment for ANY reason, I require a 24 hour notice to do so. If notification is less than the 24 hour period then FULL payment is expected.


If you OR I can find a replacement to take your appointment, then no fee will be charged. If a replacement is not found then the client is responsible for the charges.

Our system will give you several reminders.


1. An email is sent as soon as your appointment is booked.

2. 30 hours before your appointment a text message is sent.

3. Lastly, 2 hours before the appointment an email is sent.


Please understand that our policy is for our massage therapist who has limited availability as well as other clients who may be experiencing pain trying to get into the clinic. Thank you for understanding.

Arrivals / Late

Please arrive only 5 minutes before your session. Make sure you filled out the INTAKE form that was sent to you in an email 24 hours before your appointment. Check your spam folder if you did not receive the form. Please park on the south side of the building so I can wave you inside when I am ready. We will discuss your goals for the session. The hands on service time for your massage will start promptly at the scheduled appointment time. If you are late for an appointment, the therapist can only give whatever time remains of the appointment, and that payment will be for the full length of the session that was booked. We encourage you to call if you are going to be late for any reason (call / text 701-356-8100).

Appointments Only

To make an appointment, you can use our online booking system @FargoMassageTherapyClinic.com. If you are having troubles feel free to or call / text 701-356-8100 during normal business hours. All services require a credit card to guarantee a reservation, so please have this ready at time of booking. You will be required to Prepay when booking online. Payment is due at the time of service and accepted in the form of cash or credit card.

Informed Consent

Prior to each massage session the treatment plan will be discussed with you. At your first visit with me we will go over your intake form and verify the information. It requires that you sign the treatment consent form at the very end, stating that you have read the information, understand it, and agree to comply with the professional massage therapy policies and procedures. Client information is kept private and confidential. It is not shared with anyone without prior written consent.

Health Intake Forms

To ensure safe customized sessions, we ask that all clients fill out the health intake form that will be emailed 24 hours BEFORE your first appointment. It is the clients responsibility to relay all new information relating to their health status, so we can modify the session if necessary. IF you have a Hotmail account, oftentimes this email may go to your spam folder so please check there. If I notice it is not filled out I will resend it to you. If it is not filled out before the appointment, I will have you fill it out at the office and we will just start the session after this is complete and your massage time will be reduced.

Safety / Conduct

We perform a professional client-centered therapeutic based massage. If at anytime during the session any kind of unprofessional remark is made or our safety feels compromised, we will terminate the session and you will be charged full price for the appointment.

Scope of Practice

Fargo Massage Therapy therapists hold a North Dakota State Certification and are held to the highest standards of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals, in which the practitioner uses manual techniques with the intention of positively affecting the health and well being of the client. We do not diagnose or prescribe and will refer to appropriate specialists when work a client may need is not within our scope of practice.
